Part 91 covers private aircraft operations for owners who fly their own aircraft or hire pilots for personal/business use. Part 135 governs commercial charter operations where aircraft are operated for hire. SKYLINK specializes in Part 91 management and provides expert technical oversight for both Part 91 and Part 135 operators. We do not hold a Part 135 certificate ourselves.
SKYLINK is headquartered at Provo Municipal Airport (KPVU) in Provo, Utah. Our facility is strategically located to serve the growing private aviation market along the Wasatch Front while providing global operational capability for our managed fleet.
We offer transparent, competitive pricing based on your specific requirements. Management fees are structured monthly and include all oversight, compliance, and reporting. Maintenance labor is billed at published hourly rates with no hidden markups on parts. We provide detailed monthly financial statements so you always know exactly where every dollar goes.
Our team has deep OEM expertise across four major platforms: Gulfstream (GIV through G700), Dassault Falcon, Textron Aviation (Citation and King Air series), and Bombardier (Challenger and Global). We maintain factory-level knowledge and tooling for these airframes.
Our management service covers flight department structuring, daily operations coordination, crew scheduling and oversight, regulatory compliance (FAA and state), financial reporting and budgeting, maintenance tracking, insurance management, and hangar arrangements. Think of us as your complete back-office aviation department.
Onboarding typically takes 2-4 weeks. We start with a comprehensive aircraft inspection and records review, establish maintenance tracking baselines, set up your owner portal access, coordinate insurance requirements, and create a tailored management plan. Your dedicated account manager guides you through every step.
Every managed aircraft receives detailed monthly financial statements including all operating expenses, maintenance costs, crew expenses, and revenue (if applicable). Reports are available 24/7 through your owner portal dashboard. We maintain 100% transparency — every invoice, every receipt, every transaction is documented and accessible.
Our AOG (Aircraft on Ground) team is available 24/7/365. For aircraft within the KPVU region, we can typically have technicians on-site within 2 hours. For remote AOG situations, we coordinate rapid deployment of qualified technicians and parts, often getting aircraft back in service within 24-48 hours depending on the issue.
SKYLINK coordinates line-maintenance support for commercial operators at KPVU based on the aircraft, operator procedures, required authorizations, and agreed work scope. Contact the commercial team with the aircraft type and requested support so availability can be confirmed.
SKYLINK can coordinate authorized SIDA escorting for personnel who do not have independent access authority and can support ground-support-equipment inspection, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. Escorting is performed only under applicable airport security procedures and access permissions.
SKYLINK's CRS division is currently presented as a coming-soon repair-station initiative. The website does not represent it as an active FAA Part 145 repair station. Authorized capabilities will be published only after the applicable certification and approvals are complete.
Turnaround depends on the scope of work. Routine inspections typically take 3-5 business days. Phase inspections run 2-4 weeks depending on airframe and findings. Component overhauls vary by unit but we maintain competitive lead times. For scheduled work, we provide detailed timelines upfront and keep you updated throughout.
Available support depends on the component, aircraft, required authorization, and approved provider. SKYLINK can review the request and coordinate qualified facilities or OEM service centers where appropriate. No future CRS capability is represented as active before approval.
The owner portal provides real-time aircraft status, maintenance tracking with upcoming due items, financial dashboards with monthly statements, flight schedule visibility, document storage for all aircraft records, and direct messaging with your account team. We're continuously adding AI-powered features like predictive maintenance alerts.
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard protocols. Our platform runs on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with SOC 2-compliant hosting. Access is controlled through multi-factor authentication, role-based permissions, and comprehensive audit logging. We treat your operational data with the same confidentiality as your financial records.
Our platform is designed with integration in mind. We support data exchange with popular flight scheduling systems, maintenance tracking platforms, and accounting software. Our API-first architecture allows custom integrations for operators with specific workflow requirements. Contact our technology team to discuss your integration needs.
Our sales advisory team assists with both acquisitions and dispositions. For buyers, we provide market analysis, aircraft sourcing, pre-purchase inspections coordination, and transaction management. For sellers, we handle market positioning, buyer qualification, and closing logistics. Our technical expertise ensures you understand exactly what you're buying or selling.
We design bespoke catering experiences tailored to each flight — from executive day trips to long-range international journeys. We source from premium local providers, accommodate all dietary requirements, and handle all provisioning logistics. Menus are customized per trip and can be ordered through your owner portal or directly with your account manager.
