Flight Coordinator
Manage complex flight schedules and owner requirements for our managed fleet. Coordinate crew assignments, FBO services, and ground logistics.
Requirements
- 3+ years flight coordination or dispatch experience
- Knowledge of Part 91 operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with flight planning software
- FAA Dispatch certificate preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of flight scheduling and trip planning
- Manage crew assignments and duty-time compliance
- Arrange FBO services, fuel, catering, and ground transportation
- Communicate with aircraft owners regarding trip details and changes
- Maintain accurate records in the aviation management platform
